Discussion with the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy
On Monday, 6 February 2023, Danny Baskara (Founder of Vexanium) attended with the team from Improduction for a discussion with Mr. Sandiaga Uno as the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) after the launch of the NFT ArtOs Nusantara at Villa Solong Banyuwangi. The NFT project results from a collaboration between Indonesian painters and musicians, including Once Mekel and Yuni Shara. The ArtOs Nusantara NFT is minted on the Vexanium blockchain network. The NFT project will open up opportunities for Indonesian musicians and artists to work in the digital realm, which has great potential.
ASIX NFT Market Finalization
On Monday, 13 February 2023, Vexanium and the team from River Engine conducted a demo of the ASIX NFT Market finalization. The NFT market is meant to be a place for content creators, artists, musicians, and the fanbase to meet in the digital space and appreciates a work. The ASIX NFT Market will use the River smart contract to operate on top of the Vexanium blockchain protocol. River Engine itself has experience in handling various NFT marketplace projects in Indonesia.
Blockchain Discussion with PANDI
On Tuesday, 14 February 2023, the Vexanium team attended a blockchain discussion event by PANDI (Indonesian Internet Domain Name Manager). This event was also attended by several representatives of the Vexanium ecosystem, such as Rivernity, Kolektibel, Nodes Community, Coco Finance (COFIN), and Satechainmedia. Holding this event is hoped that cooperation between various parties will be able to encourage the development of blockchain in Indonesia.
Vex Blast: The Impact of Regulation on the Blockchain Industry
On Friday, 24 February 2023, Vexanium again held regular online discussions on the @vexaniumid account through Twitter Space. The topics discussed on this occasion were related to blockchain regulations in Indonesia. This event presented speakers who are experts in their fields, including Asih Karnengsih (Chairwoman of ABI), Danny Baskara (Founder of Vexanium), and Rhein Mahatma (Founder of Kolektibel). By participating in this event, the audience is expected to know the impact of regulations on the blockchain industry in Indonesia.
Crypto Literacy Month Discussion
On Tuesday, 28 February 2023, Vexanium attended the Crypto Literacy Month closing ceremony held at the JW Marriot Hotel Jakarta. This event was also filled with panel discussions discussing crypto assets in Indonesia. Crypto Literacy Month is a program organized by the Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) through the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti) in collaboration with the Indonesian Crypto Asset Association (Aspakrindo) and the Indonesian Blockchain Association (ABI). Vexanium also contributed to a series of Crypto Literacy Month activities through the Vex Blast event.
